This museum is housed in the listed mansion of Focas-Cosmetatos family (near the central square of Argostoli), which was rebuilt after the 1953 earthquakes to safeguard, among others, private collections of rare items.
You can see there, early 20th century furniture, gravures, coins etc. You should also visit the Botanical Garden created by the foundation in a 18.000sq.m. estate, 2km from the town.
